COVID-19 Safety Plans for Food & Drink Premises
From 23 July 2020 certain food and drink premises are required to submit a COVID-19 Safety Plan to the NSW Health.
The food & drink premises that are included under Public Health Order No 4 to submit COVID- 19 Safety Plans are:
- Pubs and clubs
- Restaurants, cafes & food courts
The relevant COVID- 19 safety plan checklists are available on the NSW Health website at the following link: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/covid-safe-businesses
Council officers are available to assist food business owners making their premises COVID safe. Environmental Health Officers will be conducting inspections over the coming weeks in this regard.
