Council is in receipt of a development application for a 92 Lot Subdivision at Lot 1 DP 1230208, Lot 2 DP 1230208, Lot 4 DP1230208 and Lot 817 DP814174, 43 Hillcrest Avenue LITHGOW NSW 2790. The application is Integrated under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 with Water NSW and requires an Integrated Development Approval under the Water Management Act 2000.
The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council's Environment & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 30 days until 26 March 2018.
During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council's file reference, Development Application No. 021/18. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council's determination of the application.
