Development Proposal – DA142/18

Council is in receipt of a development application for a Subdivision – 1 Lot into 134 Residential Lots including Open Space, Drainage Reserves, Split Zone Lots, Residue Lot & New Roads – Lot 2 DP 1049398 & Lot 5 DP 1230208 – 994 & 998 Great Western Highway Bowenfels. The application is Integrated under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 with Water NSW and requires an Integrated Development Approval under the Water Management Act 2000.

The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council’s Environment & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours until 23 July 2018.

During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application No. DA142/18.  All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
