NSW is experiencing one of the most severe droughts on record, with the Central West region one of the worst affected to date. There have been extreme low inflows (the amount of water entering the river and its storages). The past six months have seen the lowest recorded inflows in history, making life very tough for many people living in the area, particularly families and young people.
This is a strictly alcohol free event – Bag searches will be undertaken on entry and people carrying alcohol will be turned away. Also please do not bring hard eskys, soft eskys only!
Entry – Entry is from Inch street only, not from the Lake Pillans end.
Capacity – Attendance will be limited to 4,000 people only, if we’re full up we’ll have to turn you away, so be early!
