Council is seeking feedback from Cullen Bullen residents on the closure of Cullen Bullen Landfill.
The Cullen Bullen garbage depot has almost reached capacity and is scheduled for closure and rehabilitation in the 2019/2020 financial year. Council is now seeking feedback on the future use of the site.
Lithgow Mayor, Councillor Stephen Lesslie said today “Council is inviting Cullen Bullen or Ben Bullen residents with any issues, suggestions or ideas about the closure of the Cullen Bullen Landfill to attend the drop-in information session this Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30 at the Cullen Bullen Progress Hall”.
Cullen Bullen & Ben Bullen residents have also been posted landfill closure information and a survey to guide Council’s future decision making for the site. Surveys may also be completed on a dedicated webpage on Council’s website http://council.lithgow.com/planned-2019-closure-of-cullen-bullen-landfill-survey/
