Lithglo is nearly here again.

The excitement and buzz is already in the air in the countdown to Lithglo 15.

What could be better in the lead up to Christmas than a weekend filled with Christmas themed fun? Now in its 4th year, Lithglo has developed into a fixture not to be missed and promises not to disappoint.

Lithglo commences on Friday night in the beautiful grounds of Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church where there will be a fabulous lighting display. Saturday night at Hoskins will feature roving entertainers and Christmas Carols set to the backdrop of the lights.  Should wet weather prevail, the Carols will be sung indoors.

Saturday night also sees the return of the hugely popular twilight markets at Queen Elizabeth Park. Featuring roving entertainers and musical entertainment from Lithgow’s very own Paul Crowder, there should be plenty of opportunity to shop for that Christmas gift or something special for you.

“I look forward to seeing a great turnout to support this feel good family event and enjoy the Christmas spirit. I understand there will be over 60 stalls at the markets in Queen Elizabeth Park and the Carol singing at Hoskins promises to be as good as ever” said Lithgow City Council Mayor, Councillor Maree Statham.

Lithglo will be held from 5pm to 9pm at Hoskins Memorial Uniting Church in Lithgow on Friday 11 December and at Hoskins Church and Queen Elizabeth Park on Saturday 12 December between 5pm and 9pm.
