Planning Agreement- DA021/18- 86 Residential Lot Subdivision And 1 Drainage Lot, Lot 1 Dp 1230208 43 Hillcrest Avenue, Bowenfels

Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for community facilities and public open space. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a Subdivision of 1 lot into 86 residential lots and 1 drainage lot at Lot 1 DP1230208, 43 Hillcrest Avenue, Bowenfels.

The Agreement is available for public inspection at Council’s Economic Development and Environment, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 29 November 2018.

During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference DA021/18. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to the issue of the Subdivision Certificate.
