Blackmans Flat Waste Facility Report and Conditions

Introduction

Geolyse Pty Ltd has been commissioned by Lithgow City Council to undertake an assessment of the Development Application (DA) for the Blackmans Flat Waste Management Facility (WMF). As Council is both the applicant and the consent authority for this DA, Council sought the services of an independent consultant to assess and make a recommendation for determination of the application.

The assessment has been prepared pursuant to Section 79C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act) and provides recommendations for determination of the DA.
