Guidelines for the operation of a temporary food premises
These guidelines are provided by the NSW Food Authority and are intended for food businesses selling food at temporary events.
The primary aim of these guidelines is to make food businesses aware of their legal requirements and to suggest ways to assure food safety at the event.
The document includes brief information about associated requirements, such as power supply and waste disposal. The information should not be regarded as being definitive.
