Cost of living relief - Prime Minister of Australia
The Commonwealth Government knows families are under pressure from rising costs. This site is focused on delivering responsible, targeted cost of living relief.
Debt and Hardship Policy
Establishes the framework and circumstances in which relief may be provided in cases of genuine financial hardship. If you cannot pay a bill due to Council for the reason of financial hardship, you can apply for assistance.
Financial Assistance for Community groups
Council calls for applications for financial assistance twice each year in April and October. Council’s Financial Assistance Program assists not-for-profit groups that offer a significant contribution to the social, economic and/or environmental well-being of the community.

Pensioner Concession Rebates
Eligible pensioners are able to get concessions on their Ordinary Rates, Domestic Waste Management Service, Water and Waste Water (Sewer) Charges.
Rates and Charges Payment Assistance
If you need extra time to pay, please contact Council to discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements. It is best that you contact us as soon as possible before the rates are due.

The NSW Government is helping reduce the cost of living with more than 70 rebates and vouchers.
