DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL – DA084-25
Council is in receipt of a development application to replace existing 2 bedroom house, wastewater system and sheds with new 2 bedroom house, wastewater system and carport at 786-796 PEACH TREE ROAD MEGALONG VALLEY 2785.
The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council’s Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 14 days until 17 July 2025.
During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application No DA084/25. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
