Development Proposal – DA138/24
Council is in receipt of an amended development application for a proposed Torrens Subdivision & Remediation works – 1 LOT INTO 3 at – LOT 5 DP 834415 – 13 Ivatt Street LITHGOW NSW 2790.
The application and plans are available for public inspection from links below, or at Council’s Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days until 5 June 2025.
During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application No DA138/24. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
