Development Proposal – DA174/25
Council is in receipt of a development application to erect a Detached Steel Framed Shed at Lot 2 DP 1223585 – 29 Hassans Walls Road LITHGOW.
The application and plans are on display for a period of 14 days until 28 November 2025, to assist you in this matter and if you wish to make a written submission. The application is available to be viewed at Council’s Development Department, in the Council Administration Building, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours or alternatively can be viewed on Council’s website.
Submissions
Anyone can make a submission regarding the application. Submissions must be:
- in writing
- marked “DA174/25”.
- sent to Council’s email – council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au OR posted/delivered to Council’s Administration Building at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow
- received by Council by no later than 4pm on 28 November 2025.
