Draft Planning Agreement – MODDA024/23 of DA021/18, Draft Planning Agreement, Proposed Subdivision, Lot 22 DP1301637, 74 Hillcrest Avenue, Bowenfels NSW 2790
Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for public open space and recreational needs. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a Subdivision of 1 lot into 98 residential allotments on land known as Lot 22 DP1301637, 74 Hillcrest Avenue, Bowenfels.
The Agreement is available for public inspection on Council’s Website and at Council’s Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 8 October 2025.
During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference MODDA024/23 of DA021/18. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to the issue of the Subdivision Approval.
