Temporary Contract – Event organisation for LithGlow 2023

Lithgow City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced event organisers to run the LithGlow event on the Saturday 13 May 2023. Terms and conditions of the contract will be disclosed upon application.

The following is required of the contracted role:

To engage: –

Lighting contractor
Sound contractor
Musical and entertainment artists
Hire equipment
First Aid Services
Security
Traffic Management
Food Trucks/Markets
Fireworks
Signage
Shuttle Buses

Liaise with:-

Emergency Services
Council
Local Residents
Marketing support

Submissions will be received up until 10:00am, Friday 24 February.

Responses are to be emailed to council@lithgow.com and must be received by the specified closing time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
