COVID-19 Response – Customer Services
Lithgow City Council’s priority is the health of our staff, and the health of our community, and we are focused on continuing to safely deliver essential services to the community. From COB 25 March 2020 and until further notice, Council will cease to offer face-to-face Customer Service at the Lithgow Service Centre. Customers can continue to contact Council by telephone or email. Customers can also complete an online enquiry form on this page. Development applications can be lodged by email.
