Pursuant to Section 32 of the Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021, Council is offering the following vehicles for sale via competitive bid:

- LOT 4: Blue 2003 Ford Falcon Wagon. VIN:6FPAAAJGWA3Y83205
- LOT 5: Black 2000 Suzuki Baleno Hatch: VIN: JSAEGA31500183930
- LOT 6: White Toyota RAV Wagon. VIN: JTEHD20V000045241
All vehicles are unregistered and sold as is. Keys are not included with the sale, and the mechanical condition of the vehicles is unknown.
The successful bid or bids will be required to pay for and arrange for the removal of the vehicle within 7 days of being notified by Council.
Only written or email bids will be accepted for individual vehicles or multiple vehicles. Bids will be accepted not later than 4pm on Monday 17 May 2024 and should include the vehicle being bid on (including the VIN number), amount offered, and addressed to:

Inspections can be arranged via appointment by contacting Ranger Services on 02 6354 9999 Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4pm and will be provided during Council’s normal business hours. No inspections will be made available after hours, on weekends or public holidays.
Council reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from sale at any time.
