Proposed Lease To Wallerawang Memorial Men’s Shed Inc.
At the ordinary meeting of Council on 25 July 2022 Council resolved to place its proposed lease to Wallerawang Memorial Men’s Shed Inc. on public exhibition.
Key particulars of the lease are:
- Premises: Part of the Wallerawang Memorial Hall, Tweedie Street, Wallerawang (being part of Lot 1 in DP15683)
- Tenant: Wallerawang Memorial Men’s Shed Inc. (ABN 20 662 518 959)
- Lease term: 5 years from the date of lease commencement
- Permitted use: meetings and social functions and building and construction activities that do not interfere with the amenity of the residential neighbourhood
- Rent: $528.89 pa + GST to be reviewed by CPI each year on 1 July
Public exhibition period
The proposed lease will be on public exhibition from Monday 14 November 2022 until Tuesday 13 December 2022 (inclusive).

Submissions
Any person may make a submission regarding the proposed lease. Submissions must be:
- in writing
- marked “Submission – proposed lease to Wallerawang Memorial Men’s Shed Inc.”.
- sent to Council’s email – council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au OR posted/delivered to Council’s Administration Building at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow
- received by Council by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 13 December 2022
