At the ordinary meeting of Council on 25 July 2022 Council resolved to place its proposed lease to Australian Red Cross Society on public exhibition.

Public Exhibition Period
The proposed lease will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 15 February 2023 until Wednesday 15 March 2023 (inclusive).

Submissions
Anyone can make a submission regarding the proposed Lease. Submissions must be:
- in writing
- marked “Submission – proposed lease to Australian Red Cross Society”.
- sent to Council’s email – council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au OR posted/delivered to Council’s Administration Building at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow
- received by Council by no later than 4pm on Thursday 16 March 2023
