MODDA014/24 – Modification to increase Earthworks
MODDA014/24 – PROPOSED APPROVED 2 LOT SUBDIVISION WITH ASSOCIATED EARTHWORKS, MODIFICATION TO INCREASE EARTHWORKS – LOT 26 DP 1244557 – 21 WILLOWBANK AVENUE LITHGOW NSW 2790
Council has received the abovementioned development application from Ceedive Pty Ltd. The development proposed involves a modification of development consent being an approved 2 Lot Subdivision with associated Earthworks, Modification to Increase Earthworks, at Lot 26 DP 1244557 – 21 Willowbank Avenue LITHGOW NSW 2790.
- The additional earthworks are proposed to be in order to reshape the land to address the potential impact of mine subsidence, that has been identified as a primary constraint of the site, and provide/facilitate a suitable landform for future developments.
- The proposal is an extension of previous works to cover the site of the amended subdivision approval and provide a stable base for the batter between the proposed lot and adjoining land.
The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council’s Building & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days until 15 August 2024.
During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application No. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
