Development Proposal DA123/24
The public exhibition period for DA123/24 has been extended from 4 November until 2 December 2024. Submissions in relation to DA123/24 must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Monday 2 December 2024.
Council is in receipt of a development application DA123/24 – a 54 Lot residential subdivision and one (1) drainage reserve lot at 14 Claret Ash Avenue SOUTH BOWENFELS NSW 2790.
The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council’s Environment & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours until 2 December 2024. Alternately the application is available for review on Councils website.
During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application DA123/24. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
