Roadworks will be commencing on Sunday night, 12th May at 7pm on Coalbrook Street between Davy Street and Sandford Avenue. Weather permitting, the work will be completed by Thursday, 16th May.
The works include the profiling of the edge of the road near the gutters, laying a 10mm spray seal over the width of the road and then a layer of asphalt to top that. All works will be night shift except for Monday daytime where the spray seal will be applied.

Works will be undertaken between 7.00pm and 6.00am for the night shifts and the day shift will be between 7.00am and 5.00pm.

Residents are asked to park their cars either in their driveways or off Coalbrook Street to allow the works to be completed. There will be traffic controllers on site, so if cars need to be moved residents can talk to them at the time. Council acknowledges the inconvenience to residents in Coalbrook Street while these important works are being undertaken and thanks them for their patience.

Should there be any enquiries regarding the above works contact Paul Creelman, Transport Manager, at Lithgow Council on 6354 9999. Any enquiries during the work shifts can be directed to the traffic controllers or staff working on site.
