​DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL – DA064/23

 Council is in receipt of a development application for a Proposed Industrial Development, Site Investigation Works involving – Borehole Drilling & Pit Excavation for future Battery Energy Storage System (separate application) at:  Lot 101 DP1164619 – 85 Boulder Road Blackmans Flat NSW 2790, behind Mt Piper Power Station, access via existing Mt Piper entrance.

The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council’s Environment & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 21 days until 14 June 2023. They can also be viewed via the link below.

During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application No..  All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
