DRAFT Encroachment Management Policy
At the ordinary meeting of Council held on 22 August 2022 Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Encroachment Management Policy.
The Draft Strategy will be publicly exhibited from Monday 29th August 2022 to Monday 26th September 2022.
The Draft Policy will be available on Council’s website and at the Council Administration Building during the exhibition period.
Written submissions marked “Submission – Draft Encroachment Management Policy” must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Monday 26th September 2022.
