DRAFT Policy 5.9 On Site Sewage Management Policy

At the ordinary meeting of Council held on 26 April 2022 Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Policy 9.5 On Site Sewage Management Policy.

The Draft Policy will be publicly exhibited from Wednesday 27 April 2022 to Wednesday 25 May2022 (inclusive).

The Draft Policy will be available on Council’s website at www.lithgow.nsw.gov.au and at the Council Administration Building during the exhibition period.

Written submissions marked “Submission – Draft Policy” must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Wednesday 25 May 2022.
