​Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement – DA088/21, 6 lot residential subdivision, 50 Kirkley Street, South Bowenfels

At its Ordinary Meeting held on 28 March 2022, Council resolved to approve DA 088/21 for the subdivision of land into 6 residential lots at 50 Kirkley Street, South Bowenfels.  As part of this proposal, the applicant has submitted a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement which Council has resolved to place on public exhibition for a minimum 28 days in accordance with statutory requirements.
