Lithgow City Council advises of upcoming resealing works occurring on Bridge Street, Lithgow. Works will commence on Sunday night 26th November 2023 (weather permitting).
Lithgow City Council has engaged contractors to undertake hotmix asphalt resealing works over a period two nights, along Bridge Street, Lithgow, between Mort Street, Lithgow and Pau Street, Lithgow as part of the 2023/2024 Capital Works Program.
Works have been scheduled to begin on Sunday evening to reduce the impact on traffic through the area. Residents are asked to assist by seeking alternative parking in off Bridge Street.
Residents are also urged to note that traffic conditions will change in this area and a single lane of traffic with stop-go arrangements will be implement as works progress. Motorists should exhibit caution and patience whilst travelling through the area.
