PLANNING AGREEMENT- DA292/14 – Manufacturing Plant, Mount Piper Power Station- Boulder Road Portland NSW 2847

Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for community facilities and/or activities. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a manufacturing plant, at Mount Piper Power Station, Boulder Road Portland NSW 2847

The Agreement is available for public inspection at Council’s Economic Development and Environment, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 7 December 2022

During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference DA292/14. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to endorsement of the agreement.
