Policy 8.1 Excessive Water Usage Allowance for Breakages
At the Ordinary meeting of Lithgow City Council on the 23 of January 2023, Council resolved to endorse revised Policy 8.1 Excessive Water Usage Allowance for Breakages to be placed on public exhibition for 28 days and following the exhibition period, the policy be returned to Council to consider adoption.
The Policy 8.1 Excessive Water Usage Allowance for Breakages has been revised to make the policy clearer to rebate applicants, as well as being a fairer process for both rebate applicants and all water customers who bear the cost of rebates.
Council will accept written submissions to be made on the proposed policy until 4.00pm on Friday, 31 March 2023. Please send your submissions to The General Manager, PO Box 19, Lithgow 2790, or email council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au.
