Proposed Classification of Public Land

In accordance with the requirements of section 34(1) of the Local Government Act 1993, Council hereby gives notice of a proposed resolution to classify Lot 1 in DP169964 at Geordie Street, Lithgow and Lot 2 in DP133907 at Duncan Street, Lidsdale as ‘Operational Land’.

Written submissions regarding the proposal must be received by 4pm on Thursday 2 February 2023 and addressed to Lithgow City Council, PO Box 19 LITHGOW NSW 2790, quoting “Submission – proposal to classify land as Operational land” or by email to council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au.
