Proposed License Agreement of Community Land

 At the ordinary meeting of Council on 25 July 2022 Council resolved to place its proposed License Agreement to Lithgow District Men’s Shed Association Inc. on public exhibition. 

Key particulars of the License Agreement are as follows:

 

Premises: Part Crown Reserve 590046
Men’s Shed building, Tony Luchetti – Crown Reserve 590046, Geordie Street, Lithgow (Part 1/1123449)
Licensee: Lithgow District Men’s Shed Association Inc.
License term: 5 years from the date of commencement
Permitted use: Activities of Lithgow District Men’s Shed Association Inc. including meetings and functions and building and construction activities that do not interfere with the amenity of the surrounding area.
License fee: On commencement the licence fee is $597.10 pa + GST to be reviewed on 1 July each year by CPI

Public Exhibition Period

The proposed lease will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 15 February 2023 until Wednesday 15 March 2023 (inclusive).

  • Council’s website www.council.lithgow.com
  • Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow on weekdays from 8.15am to 4.00pm.

Submissions

Anyone can make a submission regarding the proposed License Agreement.  Submissions must be:

  • in writing
  • marked “Submission – proposed License Agreement to Lithgow District Men’s Shed Association Inc”
  • sent to Council’s email – council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au OR posted/delivered to Council’s Administration Building at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow
  • received by Council by no later than 4pm on Thursday 16 March 2023
