At the ordinary meeting of Council on 27 February 2023 Council resolved to place two proposed Licence Agreements on public exhibition.
Key particulars of the proposed Licence Agreements are:

| License term: | 5 years from the commencing date |
| Permitted use: | Kids club (Tue – Sat) |
| License fee: | On commencement the licence fee is $543.56 pa + GST (prorated) to be reviewed on 1 July each year by CPI |

| Licensee: | Anglican Parish of Lithgow |

| Permitted use: | Church gatherings and associated services (Sun – Mon) |

Public Exhibition Period
The proposed Licence Agreements will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 29 March to Friday 28 April 2023 (inclusive).

- Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow on weekdays from 8.15am to 4.00pm.
Submissions
Anyone can make a submission regarding the proposed Licence Agreements. Submissions must be:
- in writing
- marked “Submission – proposed Licence Agreement for use of Wallerawang Memorial Hall”.
- sent to Council’s email – council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au OR posted/delivered to Council’s Administration Building at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow
- received by Council by no later than 4pm on Monday 1 May 2023.
