Development Proposal MODDA021/24

Council is in receipt of a development application to MODDA021/24 – Proposed modification of consent – stages 2, 3 & 4 multi dwelling incorporates design change for dwellings 4 to 15 inclusive. – changes to road layout & service conditions – Lot 402 DP 1155154 – Tweed Road LITHGOW NSW 2790.

The application and plans are available for public inspection at the Council’s Environment & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 14 days until 25 October 2024.

During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting the Council’s file reference, Development Application MODDA021/24. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
