Development Proposal – DA051/24 Mobile Telecommunications Facility

Council is in receipt of a development application to DA051/24 at – 35-43 Cooerwull Road Lithgow NSW 2790 for a Mobile Telecommunications Facility.

Please note that Council has received an amended site plan, showing the relocation of the development.

The application and plans are available for public inspection at the Council’s Environment & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 14 days until 30 August 2024.

During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting the Council’s file reference, Development Application DA051/24. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
