Proposed Reclassification of Public Land from Community Land to Operational Land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Local Government Act 1993, a Public Hearing will be held into the proposed reclassification of public land through a Planning Proposal process for the following lands:
- Off Magpie Hollows Road (Lake Lyell) – Lot 5 DP 1304125
- Off Magpie Hollows Road (Lake Lyell) – Lot 1 DP 246233
- 2 Lithgow Street/Main Street – Part Lot 45 DP 1096536
- 67 Bridge Street – Part Lot 2 DP 1077295

157 Main Street, Lithgow
The public hearing will be conducted by an independent chairperson and provides an opportunity for any member of the public to make a short verbal presentation of no more than 5 minutes duration, to the chairperson of the hearing. Written submissions will also be accepted by the chairperson.
Following the Public Hearing the chairperson will prepare a report on the hearing; a copy of which will be publicly available once it has been received by Council.
