Council has approved a temporary road / footpath closure as follows:
Location: Gas Works Lane, between Bridge Street and Chifley Road
Time / Dates: Daily between 6.00am and 6.00pm from 8 June 2026 to 21 August 2026
Purpose: Rail corridor maintenance and repair works
The road will be partially closed, and operating under contraflow conditions, controlled by traffic control personnel. Motorists are advised to please allow additional travel time during this period.
