An Extra Ordinary Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 12 November 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow.
The business for the meeting is to conduct two individual preferential elections for the two Upper Macquarie County Council (UMCC) member positions. The reason for the election is to meet current regulatory requirements, as an outdated process was followed to elect Councillor Delegates to UMCC at the 28 October Ordinary Meeting.
The Extra Ordinary Council meeting will be open to the public and webcast live. Copies of the meeting agenda will be placed on Council’s website or be available at the Administration Centre from the afternoon of Monday 4 November 2024.
