Council is in receipt of a development application to reduce total number of beds, construction of three (3) new buildings (B, C & D in addition to building A already constructed), demolition of existing Madden & Gillard House and ancillary works across (3) stages at Lot 1 DP 1249852, 38 Maple Crescent Lithgow NSW 2790.

The application and plans are available for public inspection at Council’s Building & Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days until 28 February 2024.
